| Facilities Rubber industry is a very specific and professional industry. Strict guidelines and quality control will be applied to all process from incoming raw material, curing, post-curing, deflashing to packaging. Each process will be closely monitor to ensure they will meet specific quality requirement.
To minimize production error while improving and increasing the production capacity is the target of the Production Department. ChinaKeenly’s rubber workshop Description:
1. Material: Comply to RoHS, silicone or rubber (NR,SBR,NBR,EPDM,CR,HNBR,VITON,and more)
2. Hardness:30 to 100 shore A, tolerance can be +/- 5 shore A, for some special products, we can reach +/-3 shore A tolerance.
3. Color: for rubber, usually black; for silicone, can be in any color as you want.
4. Machine type: 50 ton 200 tons.
5. Molding service: we have our own mold workshop with have 4 sets CNC machines and provide compression/transfer/injection rubber molds.
6. ISO9000 certificated factory.
Mold/samples lead-time:
1. For prototype mold, usually in 7 days.
2. For mass production mold, usually in 2 weeks.
3. For some special molds, can be in 30 days, especially for some automotive rubber molds.
Small orders are welcomed.
